... it has a BL look to it but not quite but there's certainly a western vibe about it...

I just can't place it, any ideas?

I thought Austin Victoria, but the screen is not steep enough.

Now that would be something to turn up in in der DDR! Certainly got the BL vibe I was thinking off. My initial thought was a Mk3 Allegro, but they're too bulbous.

This picture of a rather full car park was posted by @Remspoor in the Black and White thread.

What are the three very blunt nosed vans at the back? They look a bit 'continental' to me, the one on the right looks more British, a Bedford or similar.

far away one maybe a Bedford W/WS but bonnet line looks a tad short (although couchbuilt beasties were all subtly different)

nearer ones I have no idea - feel kind of 'Citroeny' with the bluntnose - like you say

I think they're Morris LCs. The furthest away looks like a newer Greengrass-style Morris so it would make sense for these to be Morrises too.

JYY 463 - Royal Mail

They might even be Royal Mail vans as they appear to have black bonnets and a crest on the side.

Thanks, that looks spot on, the LC does seem to have a squatter bonnet than some but I think the angle of the picture, and probably some distortion has accentuated the squattness.

Also the Royal Mail livery - I think you're spot on, the black paint on the bonnet but not the scuttle again makes it look wider than in real life.

I think it's a rather beaten up  Mean Sonora, from 1967, designed by Jacques d'Heur and made in Belgium.

Unfortunately no pic, but a 2-door modern passed in the other direction on the A22 on Friday. 71 reg, I think, and it reminded me of a Mazda 929 coupe, sharp lines and no curves. Think i made out 4 letters on the rear between the lights, so my instinct was Ford, but can't find it.

@High JetterI had a look at the 929 coupe and only found one which was mainly devoid of curves.  Using this as a basis, all I can suggest is a Subaru XT coupe (Alcyone) from the 80s.  Edit: Which does not fit too well with your other clues.

Cheers, but the bonnet was flatter on this, and the boot and bonnet seemed about the same length. From the shape of the front, I'd guess it was an EV. I'll have to see if I can get something off my dashcam to help

Any idea? I've tried to zoom in on the plaque on the running boards but it remains blurred. The poster in the background is French (or Belgian) and the slope of the bonnet suggests it's a Peugeot, but that body....

And here's another (x2).

It's the Garnier Opera House in Paris. But what is the miniture sports car and the motorised trike?

I was wondering if the sports might be a Goggomobil, but perhaps a tad early?

I have no idea what the three wheeler is, but the small floppytop is a Panhard Dyna Junior.

That's a Gregoire. Served as an ambulance during the Great War!

Clearly the inspiration for the hideous current crop of BMW's, but who do they owe the design money too?

Probably easy but what are the two panel vans?

Most likely an Opel Rekord Olympia van from 1956 or thereabouts.   Edit: Just realised you said 'two.'  The other colour photo is of a 1950s Hillman Minx estate.
