I think that's a "100 Club" special edition, given as prizes to top performing dealers.  They all have 2200 engines.

The car in the advert is an 1800, in fact strictly speaking it's not a Princess because it was registered in April 1975 when there were still separate Austin and Morris versions, this one being an Austin.

The seats suggest it's a HL.

To be fair I'm usually the person trying to defend whoever's making a profit as it's their business and their good luck but that really is a piss take as they've literally done fuck all to it and you just know they begged the owner to sell it for fuck all. 

It's still a tough one though as nobody has a gun put to their heads to buy it or sell it but it does seem a tad excessive.

He's got a nice escort for sale for a pretty reasonable price as well though.

The Escort is tidy overall, although when you zoom in on the rear arches and bottoms of the doors, it definitely going to need some sparkly stick action. Seems to fund the Pokemon habit though 🤣
