Didnt know there was more than one of these stretched Dyanes about, I know Ken Hannah (SLC chassis) made one for himself and his business, looks like it inspired someone to do the same. Nice

That's great. Weld it all up, and wait for the HGF!

Dodgy link. I think.

Ah, just realised it's not on general Marketplace but a group.

I really like the C4 100, I wonder what "mostly cosmetic" rust looks like on this though. They usually hardly rust at all unless crash damaged or completely neglected. Also 2.6 instead of the much more desirable 2.8.

Would it be crass to ask to see copies of the POA ?

Battery not included...

I've twice been ripped off by people who've bought scrappers from me and not brought the battery back as agreed.

Last one I sold I started it up and took the battery out as it was running much to the annoyance of the buyer despite the battery costing more than I was selling the car for. He was adamant I could trust him but sorry, been bitten twice and it won't happen again.

I did say to him "give me the £100 for the battery and I'll bring it back when you return it" which he amazingly didn't seem too keen to do which told me all I needed to know.

There's some horrible dishonest cunts out there, had a guy so a swap with me before and  give me £100 plus the steering wheel back as part of the deal. Swapped the wheel out and could tell he was trying to get away quick... The Mrs then reminded me, after he'd gone of course, had I got the £100? Turned out he'd gone in the house to do the paperwork with her and told her he'd given me the £100 then vice versa to me. Tried phoning, phone switched off surprisingly. Luckily it was a sale done through a mate so I told him to go over and get the money as he knew he was taking the piss. He turned up an hour later and practically threw the money at me claiming it was all a misunderstanding then sped off down the road, cunt.

Someone somewhere has my big silver disklok which is totally useless to them as I have all the keys for it, again, tried to get in touch and just ignored.

The one that really fucking stung was I sold a car to my so called mate and then realised about a week or two later I'd left a nearly new drill and grinder in it. Asked him about it, didn't know anything, sorry. Saw one of the other boys a few weeks later who was a mutual friend of us both using my drill, asked where it came from as it looked just like mine and he said " I bought it from him for £50".

He tried to dig himself out by saying his brother found them clearing the car out and sold them without him knowing etc, fucking lying piece of shit. Took them both back off the boy there and then and left it to them to sort out the finances, which I suspect we're never exchanged, he was just borrowing them both.

Never bothered with them again.

Looking at that Audi that is literally scrap value for £250 so to give the battery away with it as well would be stupid as it's going to be over £100 at least, probably why I'd just phone the local scrappy and let them come and get it, can't be dealing with wankers who expect a full tank, valet and service on a scrap car 🤣🤣....... Believe me they're out there.

Past MOT shows a case of rust but for 750 quid what more could you need.

Looks a bit further south in the knowingly inaccurate Facebook location system but is that @andyberg's one? Street looks familiar from when I picked the burgman up?

I am very happy to say that this is not my Safrane 😀 I get exactly what you say @vaughant the street does look similar.
This is my Safrane, and I don’t ever want to sell it 👇
