Pretty much all petrol Rovers that are new enough to have NOx figures on the V5 are ULEZ-compliant.

 

If you could get a Certificate of Conformity, a lot of late 1990s Rovers would be, too.

That stirs up a long lost memory - the driver's door nearly fell off my 19. I heard a clonk and thought nothing of it, got to work and got out to find the door hanging on one hinge and about to drop. The pin had fell out of the bottom hinge and was luckily lying on the ground.
