As far as I can make out those Santanas are a Series III chassis with a Defender-esque body and an Iveco Daily engine.  So unlikely to be a refined drive but fantastic off road.

Compared to a Series leafer, even on parabolic springs like that Frankenstein Santana it very much is! 

Reading the landy forums I gather parts supply for the PS10 has always been an issue as it's far enough removed from any LR product not to be parts interchangeable.

The only way this could be better is if it was Techno Violet. I'd be too scared of it rusting away to use it daily.
