@Austat you are spoiling us!  How much would I love that Herald!  Actually the Fiesta's rather nice too, I could happily enjoy both of those.  But then I really would need a workshop to put them in...

I worked with a guy, who bought an early Esprit, mid 70s car. 

With a broken engine.

and stuck a Rover V8 in that.

About 1992. 

I think that there woukd be better engines available then, and there definately is now.

If he'd not put it in for an MOT last month it would still have had a Boris extension until the end of October and would have been a lot easier to sell.  Weird.
