DNP!  A "minimal" restoration would suit that, and see it looking like a student was driving it in 1965.  Perfect.

 

Or it would stand hotrodding...

What terrible timing!  If this had popped up a few weeks ago I'd be discussing purchase and sod the consequences.  It looks reasonably complete and having paperwork makes a huge difference to its viability.  Then do as @eddyramrod suggests with it and enjoy.
