Automatic mk1 Mondeo?

NEED NEED NEED, I was going to look for a Cav or something later this year. Auto is a biiiig deal sweetener.

Not just any old Turbo 2, but a Prestige Turbo 2. Not many RHD ones left - fewer than five, I think.

Yes, but that one is LHD.

I think this seller has indulged in the same amount of Columbian marching powder as the vendor of that Citroen coffee van

'As with all Ford's  of it's tme it needed some work. It was put into the shed where it still is and work was started.'

Presumably this 'work' involved dipping it into a swimming g pool full of salt water for 23.5 years then inviting a family of six thousand rats to live in it?

It's had a bit of welding that one, not a deal breaker in itself I suppose.

SPARES OR REPAIR!!

IT IS DESCRIBED AS SPARES OR REPAIR FOR A REASON.

(Doesn't go on to state any real reason)

THIS WILL NEED COLLECTING ON A RECOVERY TRUCK OR TRAILER

THIS MUST NOT BE DRIVEN AWAY FROM OUR DEALERSHIP

TRADING STANDARDS INSIST THAT A VEHICLE CAN NOT BE DRIVEN AWAY IF IT IS NOT TOTALLY ROADWORTHY!!

A THOROUGH INSPECTION OF THE VEHICLE WILL BE REQUIRED BY THE PURCHASER!!

VIEWING IS ADVISABLE!!

EXHAUST BLOWING!!

Bonnet And Grill Paint Has Come Off And Been Sprayed

BUT YOU APPRECIATE THAT WITH OLD VEHICLES THINGS MAY GO UNDETECTED

I can only post ten quotes at a time. There is a lot more of this. Sounds a lot like there are plenty of faults they haven't endeavored to mention and it's the same on seven other cars they are selling.

This shitpipe was giving it the old "Just bought this, dunno what its worth, any offers" (the technique favoured by all thick-as-fuck armchair Quentin Willsons) on FB last week. I see he's decided it's worth a grand (and bring your own Karcher). V poor

Bloody Nora, just looked at the photo of the other side of that R9.  That's 250 quids' worth, tops.  Especially being an auto.

Not many people know this was the B side to Blondie's Union City Blues

It's either in Ireland or Britain. Maybe Ireland. But possibly Britain. Good luck trying to work it out.

That'll be it, ta - don't know how I missed that one out.

It might in fact be a barn find after all then - last MOT was in 2005.

Can't remember the last time I saw a Mk1 Trooper.  I remember the 2.3 TD being the slowest-accelerating car in the magazine stats between the demise of the 2CV and the arrival of the Serena diesel - 26.1 seconds 0-60 if memory serves.
