This is just round the corner from my house, having seen it I'd say it's pretty clean and tidy for an 18 year old 800 but could probably do with a good polish at least. Not convinced it's worth anywhere near what he's asking either, but the cabin looks like a nice place to be, Rover were always good at interiors.
