Fascinating, the owner was born in 1921, so he is very old, no wonder he has given up driving! It's on disabled tax as a result. No MOT in a while according to online records but advert says 06/18...French car, Italian engine - sounds a good combo.

Shipley would be about £400 though :-(

You know on Dragon's Den when they accuse people of finding an answer to a question that's never been asked? Well, I'd pissing well love to know who got up in the morning and considered the possibilities of knocking up a fairground-esque death trap for two foot high single parents with 17ft tall kids

That, I think, is right up there with the shittest trike ever, and that's no mean feat.

As y'all probably know, my 306 cabriolet is up for Raffle atm - and I'm looking at replacements.

The only stipulations are

  • Must be a nice colour
  • Must have a manual roof

I have found a replacement which I am in talks about.  It is also yellow, and also has a soft top.

Fortunately sadly it's not this absolute fucking basket case.

it would be brilliant for someone who is, for instance, a childrens entertainer...

Good idea!

I'm sure that's my old one, looking at the number plate. I think Ken and Andy on here both had ownership for a while, too.

If anyone would like this I'd happily buy it a buzz around for a bit until you can collect.

Early reg madness, and a nice hue.  Usual vague threats of scrapping it - but this looks lovely.  These are smashing little cars, and are rewarding to own.

^^^ If you are just going to scrap it if you don't sell it, why ask £300 for it?

Ask £100, actually find a buyer and then everyone is better off.

It's a very new car for that sort of money but I'm guessing once the airbags go off its pretty difficult to repair economically.

How DARE you? The British public won't give GHOUL MG a chance because Clarkson and Top Gear, they're better than BMWs.

And me. You forgot me. It's all my fault, obvs. I copied Clarkson's review word for word, or something.

Because the MG press car I was supplied with broke after three days and definitely didn't need a new clutch and gearbox after 5000 miles.

Buying a smashed MG6 is something for true heroes.

PHAKT.

Where's your collection thread, then?

Maybe He didn't make it back before it broke and needed a new clutch and gearbox after 50 miles

Someone in the Citroen club bought a damaged c6 last year. It had hit a kerb at speed I think and all the bags went off. I don't think there was body damage but needed all the interior bits replacing and a set of wheels I think. The problem now is that Citroen are very quietly discontinuing parts supply for them.
