Seven bags seems an awful lot for an 8-year-old Hyundai with its bonnet up, but this is one of those motors that we'll be creaming our keks over in ten years' time.

^ Funnily enough I was following one of those this morning and thought exactly the same thing!  I actually quite like the shape but they were a big frumpy disappointment after the sleek Lantra.

^^^ I think fitting any spoiler to that it's pretty bloody inappropriate.

That Maestro is stunning but it'd be a terrible shame to actually use it, much as it would be ace to effectively have a 'new' Maestro to bomb around in.  I wonder what the story is?  Looks way too tidy to have been left to rot in a garage since 1985.

That Hyundai Grandeur has been for sale for years, and I really do mean years, not just 'a long time'. I bet its been on ebay for 80% of the time for the last 2 1/2 years. And the price has remained the same throughout that time. I can only assume it is being sold by a former empolyee of Purple Helmet motors.

Why are you asking £2,750 for an 04 plate vectra? That sounds like about £600 worth to me. Is it because you are a massive spam javelin?

modified slammed stanced euro

Rear arches require some tlc where they were rolled.

Hmm, I see

Ah Thatcham. When I used to live in Newbury (Town literally next to it), we were sure that the Thatchamites water came from a different source.

It's also where Thatcham security/alarm categories are decided/tested/researched/etc.   (I'm not even kidding)

It's a bit knackered, but if you could get it working you could fit a Hayabusu engine, go round collecting dog shit in it then fire it back out of the front at the dole cheating scruffy old bint who's lead-less alsation keeps going for my dog.

What a fantastic insight into what goes on in Billys mind!!!

Just imagining you and Babs trundling about in that. Like Chesters own Takishis Castle ending

Jesus Christ, the rear end of this seems to be held together by the boot rubber

Last taxed in '89 and it was probably rusty then!

Have a desire for one of these at some time but this one has the wrong engine for me, needs to have the Aero badge slapped on it.

Still looks a pretty honest motor, apart from the mentioned 5th gear issue. I suspect being a GM lump, the boxes are easy to come by if you're prepared to get dirty. Given these things are so cheap anyway and this has a fault, I would be surprised if it goes much more expensive than the starting price.

That looks like Leonard Cohen

...and that'll be the famous blue Rover then?
