The paintwork is a real one off. One side is a picture of Kevin Rowland with an elastic band under his nose...

...and on the other is Charlie Read, one half of 'The Proclaimers'

Ha.

I had to read the ad to find out that its supposed to be Al Pacino as Tony Montana (from Cooba) and Pete-M as Brick-Top.

How the mighty have fallen (in price), went past this today and wondered if the price was actually correct.

The same garage have a tasty looking HC Viva for sale too I think.

The 3.2 is pretty guttless. I drove one a few years ago and was pretty grim. The 4.5's lively but they're all still hideous to look at.

Frig me, that Marina is da bomb! Just like the General from the old issues of Practial classics (IIRC).

Yep I remember that, photoshopped to look like they were jumping a hump back bridge and getting 10ft of air!

Fuck me, that IS the Practical Classics "Generally" from the Dukes of Wisbech feature. The Marina Ecosse club were involved in the original build. I want that so much my toes are hurting.

Here's a video of it getting a refurb.

Unemployment forces sale. Unemployment of brain I'd imagine.

I thought that was Morissey! Qualz work. 0.1/10.

What is it with these VW pratts who have to remove all the suspension and handling from any car they own? Volvo did kinda know what they were doing when they designed the 144.

Sigh, I to navigate through a column of lowered VW tat yesterday on the southbound M1, all the drivers looked the same as well; fighting to keep their charges in a straight line, crashing over slight imperfections in the road. Guess it must be so tough being so truly "original" lol.

Mk 2 Escort, 2.9 4x4 conversion, needs finishing - a very reasonable (for these things) £3,000 or best offer

1983 Passat being sold by a Vee Dub scene cockmaster:

"MK2 B2 VOLKSWAGEN PASSAT GL5 ESTATE VERY RARE VW SLAMMED SUPER COOL"

Only to a witless scene knobber though.

THIS IS MUCH COOLER AND MUCH MORE RARE THAN MOST VW'S

... reminder, in case you hadn't already realised how cool it is.

And his pièce de résistance:

On 14-Jul-12 at 09:09:40 BST, seller added the following information:

ALL PHOTO'S WERE TAKEN ON WEDNESDAY'S

Wednesdays, huh? That's clinched the deal then.

^At least it still has the original springs, apparently. Just a year or so's knackered strut mounts from where he's removed the suspension :|

Tipo Sediciwotsit ... not particularly cheap at £995, but good luck finding a tidier one cheaper; or another one for sale for that matter.

In 1992 a crackhead unit was sent to prison by a court for a crime they did commit. These men promptly escaped from maximum security to the Manchester underground. Today, still wanted by the government, they survive as soldiers of misfortune. If you have a problem, if no one else can help, you can find them (with tarts and geezers), and maybe you can buy the A-Team replica van.

'I had a small accident in my A40 In February, and I have lost confidence in driving it'

That's ok, I've just had a small accident in my trousers LOLING at the state of that f*ck*ng Micra.

To be fair, I'd hit that Micra! Although the wheels, arches and wing mirrors would go straight in the for sale section on R-R.

Exactly what I was thinking. Could make an amusing sleeper if it were de-mongified. Looks quite absurd in its current guise though,

The more I think about this car, the itchier my bid finger gets. It's only down the road, too.

Good job I'm not pissed!

Not King Charles Cavalier Spaniel, Roundhead, Cromwell, Civil War, King James VI, Boston Tea Party, Alex Harvey, yadda yadda...

STARTS OFF THE KEY,ENGINE IS SILENT

There's something far wrong with it then, isn't there? It's supposed to start on the key, and make a 'vroom' noise. Little clue for you there, eBay SHOUTY MAN.
