Yes, I remember that Cresta in Street Machine back in the day!  The magazine actually had a similar-looking gasser Cresta built, which I think might have appeared a year or two later, but I suspect may have hung onto the original engine.  Theirs was a glittery sort of tangerine colour.

Good god, I used to drive one of those sometimes for the first place i properly worked, the first time almost through a hedge in the wet when i found out how bald the tyres were. Wouldnt wish that thing on anyone, best left in the damp garage
