I'm had one briefly. It was bright green, referred to as the pea. Quite enjoyed it i must say. Bought it for a oner and sold it 100% profit.

Yes, they stopped production in 1981.

This is a fine example. Used to be based in Dover but now in Scotland.

Here’s my 1750 automatic.

This one

Maxi production ended in July 1981, only a year after the launch of the Maxi 2, but it still appeared in brochures into 1982.
