It always amuses me that the dash in these is clearly too wide for the various bits fished out of Metro/Rover 800/Disco Series 1 parts bins, so they filled it with acres of blanking panel. And a couple of weird rubber mats to make up for the lack of cup holders.

Let's overlook the rust bubbles. It's an ADO16 of a BL product era after all.

Quite tempted to blow some of this month's bonus on it (or the Jordan above). Much more fun than in my pension.

Ex decorator 405 which is surprisingly not the estate but it does have 12 month's MOT.

That's the roughest looking 405 I've seen. Even though they're becoming thin on the ground, survivors usually seem to retain a look of grandeur about them. Cheap survivor though.

Nah - it's far too good a condition for @grogee;-) (although he does have a bigger driveway to fill?)

I dunno, it has a very clean mot history and averaged only 2500 miles a year from new. It needs a headlight, a mirror, a tyre, a bootlid, repro front plate, and a very good clean. Then it’d be a fairly tidy survivor, lack-a-peal notwithstanding.

Hey, wanna look like your doddering over the shops in 1998, or are earning £2.50 an hour in 1998 for your 2 day a week shift at the local petrol station or to have that nostalgic feeling of driving that first car you had when you had hair, were thinner and dressed in slightly baggier clothes? Then this could be the car for you:
