Cheap Rova 25   £250

Rover 25 pm sold as seen. Some body work issues. MOT April 2025 Car has been in family number of years. More recently my youngest has learned to drive in her, and we have toured Scotland June this year with roof tent for 10 days. She's has been back and forth to Wales and Scotland for last 2 years. Doesn't miss a beat! Being sold as daughter wanted a slightly bigger car for roof tenting

They weren't desperately quick, but quite possibly the best sounding 250 of the day.

Definately. I had a Dyson KH400 with Allspeed expansion chambers. Although my GT550 with a 3 into 1 Piper was better, but it killed the power to less than that the KH had.

Everything has a price.

That’s a good example I reckon. The African start to its life, and then long term storage, means it’s pretty much unmolested. I had an 80 for a number of years, and it was a surprisingly capable motor. The standard engine is just about powerful enough, but it does need to be worked pretty hard to keep up with modern traffic. I ended up with a 2.5 litre engine out of a late Land-Rover in mine after the original expired, which went a bit better with its twin choke Weber, but the sixes are a much more relaxed and flexible engine. I have too much on the go at the moment to even consider another project, but I’d say it’d be a good car for someone.

The automatic one has a tow bar. That's got to be the most optimistic thing since I asked Maggie Philbin for a photograph of her tits.

My school mates and I were similarly unsuccessful in persuading Phillipa Forrester to 'get her tits out for the lads' in 1992.
