That needs to go in the Tasteless Giffer Mods thread.

Excellent work, have the rest of the day off.

Also, WTF is that on the roof???

Looks like the mounting frame for an industrial air-conditioner or something. I like how the dealer diplomatically describes is as "not to everyone's taste".

MK3 Astra GSi grenade, £5k Leicester.

340bhp apparently, I wonder for how long

Until you arrive at the first corner, I would imagine.

Iveco Daily with rust issues.  Nothing new there.

However, looking at the MOT fails, I'm not sure if some of them are correct.  It looks to me like the man from the Ministry has tested the van as if it were a monocoque, rather than a separate chassis.

Any one any ideas what these are like to own?

They have a very BMC/Rover look to them you could image these as a Metro replacement circa 2000.

I like.

I always fancied a 2 door one as something that’s more Mini than MINI, but there aren’t many around.  There was a review on Not2Grand which rated them

Was it grandad who fitted the silly exhaust?

Maybe he's like the old lady from the VW advert though. You can't rule these things out! :D

3-pot Fabia with 190,000 miles on the clock.  WCPGW?

(At this price point I don't suppose it really matters...)

Worth it for parts alone at that cost. Those alloys fit most VAG cars on the A04/PQ24 platform along with the A4/PQ34 if memory serves.

Move slowly with the Slowest Diesel Imaginable (SDI) engine, work out windows, and a distinct lack of air conditioning. On the plus side, it does have the optional black paint... so on the outside you look posh as fuck.
