@Kiltox did a review of one on his YouTube channel.  I think the conclusion was "very".

Just how shite are these? I was casually tempted when I bought SWMBO's Rio, but the lack of a Badermatic option killed that idea.

Currently £1297 RNM or £5000 BINS https://www.ebay.co.uk/itm/144234127428?hash=item2195062044:g:ntEAAOSwJzFhXJCZ

I would refer you to the Allegro vandom plas.

1975 They couldn't make too many of them because of the "insatiable" demamd, 1980 A joke 1990 worthless, 2000 not quite worthless. 2010 moderately interesting to a select group of mentally ill people. 2021 ditto.

I predict that in 2050 the MG3 will have a cult following.

I guess I'm part of that select group of mentally ill people then. Especially considering I'm not an Austin Allegro fan at all (I don't dislike, just don't necessarily like) but I really love the Vanden Plas 1500/1700 Allegros

12 bhp ??? And 16 Nm ???

They were about 140bhp, and an imperial fuckload of torque.  Later cars got 4 valves per cylinder.  They were quite a beast in their day.

Overbrook always over-ask.

You're not kidding.  5 grand for an 11-year-old petrol S-Max with the Powershit 'box and nearly 200K on the clock... :???:

If I had £14k in the bank today, I probably wouldn't have £14k in the bank this time tomorrow.

This is how a Series "should" be, in my opinion. Looked after and (apparently) mechanically sound, but with no gloss paint or OLLI bits stuck to it. I

It's the same year and is more or less the spitting image (except the green wheels) of the one dad had in his youth, GMR195D, which is still around somewhere I believe:
