eBay tat volume 3.

'76  Cx!  A proper base model. Keep-fit windows and body-builder steering. You will need a door mirror, but NOVA is done.

I drove* one EXACTLY like this ( £20 at Tewkesbury car auctions) about 35 years ago. This one is a bit more, but still worth having.

**by which I mean I had a thrash in a mate's. I had egged him on to buy it. It got swapped for a broken Lancia Flavia Coupe.

The chequer plate step on that CA is absolutely hideous. It's like shoving a huge glittery cardboard box over Cameron Diaz's tits and telling you not to look at it.

Failed to reach reserve on its previous auction listing and the seller looks a bit suss, though.

They'll need one of those for when they off Prince Andrew.

Have you read Barcelona plates by Alexei Sayle? It's a great book and possibly true.

A bidding frenzy has shilled this up to £1.20. Get in quick before it breaches a fiver.

Humm, just up the M1 from me, what's the chances of getting it home without being stopped by plod?.

Nice selection of newer Saabs in the background.

Liking this a lot: an early petrol Xantia in plush SX trim, with bonus photobombs from a later V6 and an early XM.

Low miles, fresh MOT, refurbed suspension... I reckon you’d get a nice cup of tea and a good natter on collection as well.

£500 start. Would.

Seats need to small refreshments.

They certainly do, my friend, they certainly do.

Big spec on that; a lot of options ticked. MB pneumatic lumbar support is wonderfully over engineered.  heated velour sounds perfect for a WBOD, although I’d put it on a more comfy wheel and tyre combo in anticipation of ever more pot holes.

I'm more interested in the jet wash he uses for cleaning his drive. How come it's not covered in LHM stains?

Guildford and so I am happy to pop over and check it out for anyone interested ( cosmetic only, I’m no mechanic).

I’ve had mine almost eight years and 50k miles now. Honestly I don’t know what to replace it with.

I’ve a feeling I know who the seller is. I am happy to go and view for those who maybe interested. It is literally a couple of miles away.

I'm not usually a fan of these, but that colour!  V6 too, £1750.

Ideally needs front wings and all the doors replacing, and that rot in the rear door opening is likely going to mean the floors need doing too.  Realistically a spares car, though perhaps not beyond redemption if you're a total mental for this exact spec.  If anyone bags it, I wouldn't mind the windscreen, front displacers and seats from it.
