Love these Mazzers. Good luck with your project, Look forward to reading your adventures with this.

This is one I was offered in Oria, Italy last year. That was a 4.24 same as yours, in quite a state and owner wanted €8k for it.

I don't know what the story with it is, but underneath car and under bonnet looks like it has never been wet, zero corrosion underneath, everything like new. Parts arnt cheap though, 70quid for track rod end.

Nice Maser the fuse boxes used to give a lot of trouble in these so worth checking there first for electrical faults. The cambelts are pretty easy to do with no special tools required. Enjoy !

It's needs a heater control panel, or I'll repair it if poss, only full speed works, on other buttons except recirc every now and again. Suspect dry solder or something

Oh NOES!

Many, many sympathies for getting one of these ace, fragile, stressful but beautiful moneypits.

See some of my earlier posts about how much fun you can have chasing rot around them. I pity you, and in many respects I am you.

Solidarity, bro.

Hhhhhhhhhhhhhh.

Can you record your attempt to get full breakdown coverage for one of these?

I have it with my insurance... seriously. And I've used it before (obv.)

Seriously though, that looks like a well looked after example. It's boxy enough to say '80's saloon, but swoopy enough to say fast car. Ace.

I've always wondered this, but why do Italian Speedos and Rev counters always not sit at zero?

They seem to have the end stop around the 5-10mph/500rpm mark.

Licence to Kill - the second Timothy Dalton Bond film, from 1989.

Loving all these interior shots, something about the wood/leather contrast on these that is just spot on.
