Safely arrived up the road!

Many thanks for all the heroic efforts and arse-numbing admin once again!

Pics of your laden bike heading north were truly a sight to behold...

EDIT: yeah, mine also had the envelope torn a fair bit, though again no damage to the calendar inside. Can only presume Royal Mail are conducting trials of their new improved Shred-o-matic at Newry sorting office.

Received. The envelope was wet and shredded but the calendar is in perfect condition!

Many thanks to all who worked to make this happen.

Wet and shredded envelope? RM got 'em bone dry and pristine.

Glad the contents were ok.

Mine arrived in a damaged envelope today. The colander is undamaged though so thanks again.

Mine arrived yesterday and now has pride of place in my office. My office buddy thinks I'm weird.

Thank you for making this so Eddie.

Mine arrived yesterday, now taking up pride of place next to my computer desk.

Torn envelope so RM had put it in a clear bag which had an apology about the item condition printed on it. No actual damage to the contents though.

I'm guessing mine's at the sorting office, as had card through door when I got home from work. Our posties bend nothing.

Note to self - read the card. It's in the outhouse, m9. Found it today. Luckily I didn't present the card at the sorting office. First time they've ever done that - new postie with some common sense shocker

Now has pride of place in the kitchen

The bag on mine was rough as well but thought nothing of it. Calendar was absolutely fine.

KALANDAR RECEIVERATION STATUS : RECEIVERATED

It actually arrived several days ago but it was *cunningly placed underneath a large pile of papers on the sideboard; receipt acknowledged or something, envelope nibbled slightly around the edges by whatever paper-eating beast the RM use for mincing correspondence but the calendrical device is unharmed.

For those with minced envelopes: I'm wondering if the latest batch of board backed envelopes are slightly inferior to the last lot. This combined with the spiral binding (which should have been at the bottom edge of each envelope) is probably prone to damage.

Any more arrivals?

On behalf of Stereotype I shall say arrived as I have seen it in her room.

Loads of work has gone into getting these designed, printed and delivered.

Excellent effort by all concerned!

I have to say my two arrived in a, somewhat, torn wrapping and the one I sent on arrived

in a torn state as well. Pat is pissing about with his pussy me thinks.

Mine was torn on the side away from the spiral binding, it could have been from being fed through my letter box tbh there are a couple of rough bits.

Thread Resurrection!

Mine arrived today, exactly 1 month since it was posted off.

Cheers again to Eddie Honda for getting everything organised again, shame the international postal service is such a joke!

Absolutely shocking that An Post was so fucking slow on this occasion. It was sent two days before everyone else's from Ireland!

Sincerest apologies that you didn't get a (short) month of looking at a pair of Invacars.

Did the envelope survive the month in transit?

(3-7 days me hole.)

The envelope had some light damage along the spiral edge but was still intact.

From experience, post tends to take ages to get through Australian Customs. That being said, last years calendar only took 2 weeks to arrive.
