Hello,

Long term lurker of this site and lover of automotive shiteness. This has been displayed several times over the years with a few drunken eBay purchases which has ended up with past ownership of some fine cars like an Audi 80 B3, a Nissan Bluebird, a Renault 11 and so on. All had their inevitable perfect imperfections and eventually they get moved on followed by regret.

Recent victim was an odd Nissan Largo (import) which was absolutely dreadful in every way, bought to get my partner’s childminding venture up and running which has come to a premature halt due to Covid, midway through 11 weeks worth of furlough I wanted it and it’s many leaking fluids off the driveway and off it went to a scrap merchant who then tried his luck putting it on eBay for silly money.

Further through furlough insanity I’ve seeked some retail therapy and hoped to find a nice Jag XJ X300/308 which would solve the family need to have two cars again once the boy is back in school, but due to the convenience of my sister in law offering us her Fiat Grande Punto very cheap I’m ending up with that as a work horse for now (bloody Punto instead of a Jag, I’m still sulking a bit).

Anyway sorry for the long intro, I’ll now continue browsing here most days in jealousy of all the shite you all have. ?

Sorry didn't spot your post, our cat is mostly a danger to small insects and delicate items left on tables, apart from that she is quite charming really!

Hello, I'm*sort of* new here, in the fact that I joined up a few years ago, hardly ever posted and subsequently forgot all my login details.

Anyway, I'm Matt, and have a thing for BL cars, and here is the fleet. A 1979 Allegro 1100DL, the 'not a proper TR' 1977 TR7 and 1972 Rover 2000TC.

Hey guys. I currently own 0 cars of interest, however I have plans to acquire a Triumph Stag at some point and, with any luck, do an EV conversion to it.

Welcome to the forum. I'd be interested in hearing more about your hybrid.

Hello!

Long time lurker on here!  Sporadically found on a vaguely similar forum coloured blue.

Have owned a Mk2 Scirocco for 20 years.  Half of those fuelled by the lovely Heavy Oil.

Evening folks,  new to the forum.   I know a few of the guys on here. Just picked myself up a 2005 citroen relay van for 100 quid, which needs a bit of work.....

Hey there fellas, account is approved and new to the forums?

Nice to meet yous.

Been working on getting my lagoon metallic Felly GLi into healthy condition over summer, hopefully getting it taxed and insured for the start of August (after a whole palava with the wrong VIN in a V62 document?)

Morning all!

Long term lurked breaking cover for the first time. I'm a serial Merc licker although I'm pretty partial to Italian stuff too.

I bought this thing as a short-termer... erm 4 years ago after selling my W124 and W123 coupe.
