Rather odd four speed auto...........with no Park facility...............reverse is down, back a bit..and down. Carb is a two barrel........very early for ohv as well, most American V8 engines of this era were flatheads. Considered to be the first "muscle car"........

Had some sympathetic mods...........electronic ignition, alternator conversion [which looks like the original dynamo....lowered a bit.........Cadillac wheels, decent radial tyres,,electric cooling fan, recored rad............and other odds and sods.....the clock doesn't work, neither does the radio.........

It may take several minutes for the valves to warm up.

In the beginning I also always assumed the radios are broken and switched them off again.

One day I must have forgotten and when I returned to the car, there was some Rock'N'Roll coming from it.
