In prep for exit, Ive checked the air in the tyres and splashed ten quids worth of petrol in it.

Which shed light on an eccentricity. The interior petrol cap release tab is a bit reluctant. It took about 11 wiggles to release the fuel flap. A flat bladed screwdriver/pry device will be provided in case of emergency access requirement situation.

I'm still hoping Wilsonsquared will buckle in his hour of desperate need and offer up those lovely slippers as well as the tools from the buckets of doom and the torch.

If I'm honest I secretly want to win this so I can break my Krayzee Klaytz Kollection Kaperz duck once and for all

I still think this is awesome, and might try and get involved in collection activities so I can go all bleary eyed and reminisce

It's hilarious to see just how many people desperately don't want to win this barrel of joy!

Im secretly hoping to win then the lad can insure it and have no excuse for not getting some practice hours in.

The tightarse has the money to insure a car, just wont buy one.

EDIT - £480??? how the feck does that work then?

Collingwood is a specialist insurer for provisional license holders - they won’t continue cover after he passes his test.

Good option when learning but as you can see it’ll be a lot more after he passes!

Edit - looks like they do black box cover for newly passed drivers now too

I wonder if this could be brought to shitefest when I win it....?

Stand back lads. Make a bit of room for Drums testicles.

Theyre apparently massive.

If the winner doesn't want it, I'll give them a fiver for it and collect it en route to shitefest and do shitefest in it!

May need a lift from Thame to w2 land though...

Looks like a nice wee thing!

I'm quite excited and am actually experiencing a whole load of positive emotions about tonight's draw.

Think that's because I don't have a ticket for this one?

it’ll be a lot more after he passes!

IF

IF

If he passes.

One of the reasons I want a car for him is that he isnt getting enough experience out on the roads - that and the autism dont help really. £40 for 2 hours driving lesson each week is bankrupting me, but the cost of adding him to mine or the missuses insurance is £kerching (£1000 on mine and more than that on SWMBO's)

Posted

The best thing I did was get an car of my own whilst learning, can get alot more out of £40 of diesel than £20 an hour!

Posted

If I win I might try and set up some weird, overcomplicated multi-stage relay to get the tools (and the car) down to the south west. Must be some sort of record for how many different shiters drive a roffle car to its new owner?

Posted

Anyone know what time the draw is? I'm in a committee meeting until 7.

30 past 8 Sir

Well, if I'm not home by then, I frankly won't give a damn whether I win or lose. The will to live will have been lost!

How the funk did I miss this?

Actually perfect for my fairer half, and far less of a hateful pile of dross than her 11 plate Corsa.
