Nah, its Hemmingwayson Otley road. Its pretty epic.

Whats the story about Winders? Are they to be avoided?

New car got delivered today, YAY!

As i've menioned in previous threads i've been looking for a reliable economical diesel shite mobile (citroen ZX, pug 405) to replace my 2.0 cortina daily driver, so i've bought.......... a 2.3 cortina estate (auto, for extra planet raping points).

It's rotten in the usual places and what interior it still has is mismatched and shagged.......i love it so much!

Actually, me too on the chocolate bars. Seeing John F's signature in a post above my own did elicit a chuckle to counteract the uber-grump I was performing at the time.

Tracking through a small plastic spacor (at the base of the dizzy), which the points and "fly-lead" to the coil connect too.

Next up is a service and pre MOT checks.

Please don't tell me you're sending it to the shit-for-brains next door?

Well, had a call from my garage man again, the lad who took over my job at the garage (parts/customer chaser/driver) is off on holiday for the next 10 days.

As my exhaust is costing more and more, my garage man has asked me if I wanted to work there to cover the lad, keep me in work for a small while until a proper paid job comes up and keep my exhaust bill to an absolute minimum. I have worked there before full time so have an idea of what to expect.

I know it sounds like slave labour to some here but its really the only way I can keep spending out to a minimum, get a decent running car running properly and hopefully keep my mind focused aswell as getting me out of the house.

Its not the best, but it'll do.

Got to go and see an agency on Friday, they have asked me to bring my paying in details which is always a good sign.

Last night I dreamed that a girl at work had a Triumph Dolomite VAN, it looked like a bigger version of an Imp-type Hillman Husky. She wanted me to look at it as had an oil leak. When I opened the engine cover (rear engine) I saw it had a Rover V8, and to get it to fit sections of the rocker covers had been cut away, hence the leak...

So what you're saying is that there's this girl at work who is fit, if a bit 'large'... but you'd still go there, even though you suspect that she might have a massive flange.

I noticed someone stealing, cropping and uploading shitty quality copies of my photos and passing them off as his own on the Autoshite facebook group, after confronting him he told me to "grow up" and gave me loads of abuse calling me a "fat wank", making fun of my clothes and threatening to come beat me up. (he was Glaswegian)...

An admin came along and banned him and removed all his posts, made my day!

I had a dream recently that a new toilet had been installed work. Right in the middle of the office floor. When I went in, someone was sat on it, slumped over like he didn't care. It came to my turn later on and and had to have a crap in front of my workmates. Utterly embarrassing.

We are having to clear all our personal shizzle from the work computers. Best thing I found was this picture of my old Scirocco (now owned by barefoot).

Looking seriously good in this photo. I never remember having the bumpers that black.
