At the moment the a 319 has been closed all week. So has the alternative side road. The a320 has roadworks. As does the a30. Goofle and tomtom suggest the m3 which is twice as far.

I successfully sneaked in and out of the storage opposite Fairoaks Airport with a couple of cars today and yesterday without having my photo taken. 😊 I did see our avid photographers 2CV this morning but not yesterday. 😉

It was £180 for 8 weekly 3 hour sessions.

My stepson has enrolled on a year long welding course… I’m not sure he realises that means he’s got his weekends planned out for him for several years once he’s got good enough!

2CV floors should be great practice for him!

The 207 I bought in November/December time has been proving itself a great purchase and went through a test no bother on Wednesday. 

It was given the seal of approval by one of the lads in the Halfords garage, "FUCKEN MINTIT WEE MOTER THAT PAL", high praise indeed. 

60+ mpg, buttons to tax and insure, surprisingly spacious and extremely well sorted thanks to the fastidious P/O. Good wee motor.

Do you get a repeat fee? I know every time a CX is mentioned they use photos of Sean Lilly’s prestige he had back when I had my Pallas in 2002!

Tyne Tunnel down to one lane, Tyne Bridge down to one lane and road works on the A1. It really is a giant fucking piss take.

Might be quicker heading for the M6 then coming along the A69 to bypass the shambles.

My nephew finishes his apprenticeship this year and absolutely loves it. Currently making buckets for JCB. Works 8-5 and gets every Friday and weekend off.

I would honestly love to do this,  I can focus 100% and think of nothing else when running a bead and when I'm done, my problems don't seem so bad any more.

Sadly I think the pay is not great. You never know though!
