I know some people would rather set fire to their own genitalia than see this done, some, like me, just think "whatever" (when it's done to something "common") and some like it.At the end of the day, it's a slightly tatty looking Polo, my personal view is that if I were buying it as a daily, it would be kept "as is" and then run until it dies; probably becoming "ratlook" in the process. Rattlecan respray, etc or going the other way and doing a detailing job on it, polishing everything that does or doesn't move; either are a waste of time as far as |I'm concerened, but each to their own.Whatever.can i take my crash helmet off now? :shock:

Looks pretty cool from the outside though. That particular one was for sale for YONKS by some so-called mini specialist in Ely who was highly skilled in the arts of writing UTTER BULLSHIT in his ads and having the same cars go though ebay over and over again, 'selling' every time. I think it was a pretty original minty one whan they had it, but the engine was tired.

At least they haven't robbed the front hubs for a disc conversion.Gives the opportunity to slot something different under the bonnet anyway. Something mucho powerful but leave it boggo looking and have fun winding BMWs up (until you get to a bend...)

I once matt-blacked a crash helmet and put Luftwaffe markings on - it seemed pretty cool at the time when I was 18...

Marina engine wouldn't easily fit in a Mini.

Wasn't it the standard 1275 A series then? Always assumed it was.
