The Green Lean Machine - 1974 Ford LTD Leaving the GGG

In that last picture, the green LTD looks so much more neatly designed and elegant than whatever that beige thing is in the foreground (I know very little about yankshite).  It, in comparison, looks gormless.

The beige thing in the foreground is a Chevy Malibu, about 1975.  In side profile you could mistake it for Kojak's Buick.  Same generation, same platform.

The beige thing is a Buick Regal, circa 1974/5, as driven by Lt. Kojak.

Malibus have a different grille, side lights in the bumper, and a different shaped hood.

Thats not a bad swap I got offered an oil painting by some unheard of wildlife artist as a swap for my Porsche. He claimed it was worth 8k but the best price I could find for this blokes work was 400 quid

So yes, it's time to say good bye.

The Green Lean Machine will leave the GGG tomorrow.

As much as I would have liked for it to stay, sadly life is a bitch.

Shame it's going, but at least you've had it and done that now. On to the next one...

Granadaland Renner 16 sanctuary now?

I can't believe how big my front garden is when there isn't an aircraft carrier parked in it.

junkman's car retention time is trending further down... we will soon see him selling a car before he bought it.

This is good because JM\Conelrad collection missions are the bestest.

yep, we will watch them live, taking DVLA paperwork out of an envelope, stick it into another one, then walk to to post office to send it off to the new owner.

Admittedly, this being done GGG style it will still be much fun to read.

Merc is for sale next.

You will have a serioius empty space problem, your mental health seriously at danger. Due to fleet reductions here, V6 Tagora for sale here.

Too much space? I hear Faun SLT 50-3 need some space but have automatic transmission coupled to a correct number of cylinders and of course descent interior light.

V6 Tagoras outside current JM income group, which is exactly zero.

I'm currently there, too and feel with you. Deutsches educational system is a rough terrain when it comes to jobs! Job preparation training as well.
