I also forgot to mention, when adding Monsieur shitface to your blocked bidder list you should also add the paypal email address he used. It blocks him on all IDs that he attempts to use that paypal on. easy to get more ebay ids hard to get more paypal ones.

Me too.  I don't often post this sort of thing, but in my experience, eBay/Paypal were utter cunts who only responded when I reported them to the regulator (since then they have moved their operations to Luxemborg so our regulator doesn't regulate them any more) and sold paypal.
