Surely that EN20 WHO is just a fake plate?

20 reg ain't out for two years yet and can't see any other way that's a valid reg.

Not a number plate, but in Texas I saw a car with a bumper sticker that read, "I brake for beaver".

It's a "show" plate. You can see it's just stuck on top of the original "W33 COC".

I thought he changed that plate to BE11 END

I saw a Tesla this morning - it's number was NO10 GAS with the correct spacing. I think this is supposed to read as No To Gas rather than No Lo Gas.
