Shitefest 2016 Do It Again This Year?

Because of the wet ground we never got to play with most of my toys, I borrowed the discovery to tow start both dumpers but the ground was just too wet. I also was hoping we would get a couple of Triumphs running, get our horticultural truck going and then there was always the tractor to play with. Anyway what I am thinking is if there is any interest we could have a small gathering latter in the summer when the ground has dried out to fix/play with the toys or bring your own project to fettle, what do you think?

Sounds like a good idea to me if you're willing to host us bunch of nutters again :-D

Would love to, my triumph may even make it this time!

I could maybe accommodate joining you fine folk. Very good fun. Will probably leave the van though and buy wellys!

This will only go ahead on a non raining weekend when the ground has dried out.

Sounds fun - I might even have a more interesting/shite car working.

It'd be nice. I couldn't get over because I was hosting a charity night walk with my friend Emma (See Sierra bASe thread for details). It'd be nice to put some more faces to names... and she keeps asking how the car is,so it might be an opportunity to show her !

Yes please Mr. 6 cyl. I might even get organised enough to make more than  a flying visit.

I can't think of a better place to work on the six cylinder fleet. Sounds like a great idea.

I'd be up for another visit, I'm on holiday for the middle fortnight of July, so that would be a good time for me.

Does that include the weekend of 9/10 July? I'll be back in the field on the 10th regardless, as I'm kipping in my caravan (hoping it'll still be there and ok!). A few days later, I'm coming back yet again to finally drag the caravan away (another meeting elsewhere that weekend).

I may manage a return trip depending on when. Tentative in.

Yes, two weeks starting on the 9th.

Well, that'd definitely work for me. I'm probably out otherwise, just because my summer is entirely mental.

Have Volvo. Will travel. I'm not doing that trip in the bus again so quickly. Mostly 'cos it's a limited mileage insurance policy and I intend taking it to Donnington for Showbus in September

I doubt it will dry out by then.

I can manage other weekends too, but I'm definitely going to try and fit some kind of adventure into my summer holiday.

I might be able to do this, job situation permitting. Couldn't do last weekend as it was Imp Jr's 1st birthday.

Yep, im in, amys work permitting, even if just for a day visit!

Aye count us in for another weekend, I'm planning on the Samara getting as much action as possible this year!

I could be up for a second festival of shite and I'd not seen showbus, but it's within walking distance so I'll pop up and say hello.
