Not a single Ford had to die. If any, I suggest Mercury Sables.

It would have fit nicely in the Shite Pictures or Lazy Spotters threads.

Be a tad of a bastard trying to get that round the Coastal roads of west wales :-o

What's extraordinary about that is not that size, or that exists or what it's built from but that someone thought it was a good idea the entire time they were dreaming about and building the damn thing.

...Mercury pickups??

And Mercury was owned by _____ ?

I refer the shite honourable...&c.

I'd call it a Mercuranger.

Edited to add: Or a redneck limousine.

You've got to especially admire the way that the rear arches aren't quite matched properly, and the roof lights don't quite line up as they might.  It's a true feat of stubborness.

.... I'm picking this up during an ad-break in the 'Dorsey Story' (having just watched the 'Glen Miller story' on BT box)

Do I swing both ways..... ??????

I like the rust streaks seeping from the mounds of cracked body filler due to the body flexing like one of those fat women rolling and tumbling inside those fairground rotating wheel things on You've Been Framed.

No wonder the body flexes, the distance between the back axles means it'll be twisting itself every time it attempts a corner. Bendy busses are bendy for a reason.

I know Americans are fat but their hearses are beginning to take the piss

I didn't believe this thing was real when I first saw it. The closer you got, the worse it looked.

From the mismatched rear axles to the lichens growing on the right side only, it was a real piece of work. I've only seen it once and never again, like the world's shittiest unicorn.

I see nothing bad. Okay the artisan skills are low, and the finish is terrible, but it has presence and would make a great house.

I can't even begin to count the levels of WTF that those photos have built up!

Sorry, I didn't see the pick up beds at first glance.

The mind boggles.

Blimey, that is quite something. Do they have their version of an MOT or VOSA over there?

It varies from state to state but I think most of them only care about pollution, and not the visual sort.

Maybe the owner had to build it to take their mother to the mall.

'Kinell. Looks like summat Edd China would make to transport Brewer's pies to the WD set

Pictures from the aseptic interieur would be nice.

Your idea of nice probably differs to mine then.

I am slightly disappointed though, when i saw the thread title I thought it was going to be another one about not collecting a Renault 20

(sorry)

I believe creating as much as possible was the aim for a long, long time. Right up until VwAudi screwed up and the Amuricans decided that they didn't like to chew on their air any more. Hypocritical nobbers.

As for that filler-ridden pie cart, just imagine how much it creaks the second it starts moving. Some passengers must end up with sea-sickness I reckon.
