That Escort is literally chef’s kiss. I’ll be getting some tickets for that one - if only just so if I do win it, I can piss my work colleague off with his Golf GTD which he thinks is the bollocks….

Sorry? Tell us more. The 309 petrol turbo was interesting, but what's this got under the bonnet?

Difficult to say, are we talking overall turnover or profit? All of these cars cost vastly different amounts to purchase.

Number of contestants?  The AX is almost a sensible conversion, where as the escort is almost one step too fast. 🤔

I may buy a ticket for the 309, only because my first boss had a 309 Gti as his company car in the same colour and it was stolen whilst he paid for petrol.

I don't think Scott needs to expend much effort in shifting tickets for these.

That's good to know for when I win it! 😃

Christ, is that a 2.0 TCT crammed into that 205?  That'll go like a bloody rocket...a Xantia with that and the boost turned up a smidge is plenty quick...

some awesome cars coming through here, i do tend to have the odd dabble, especially if its a renault

I think it's great (even though I've not won anything.........yet!)

It's a bit of fun and means I might get to try out a car I could never afford or justify, plus it's a cool business to support!

Gone are the days of lying underneath crusty old shite welding for hours on end!

I've found someone else to do it!

I bought a 2.8i Capri last summer and found it was a little bit crispy underneath, made of filler and expanding foam.

I managed to get most of the panels and sent it down to a friend in Lanark in December who's been working on it for the last few months.

Not only did he complete all of the welding but ripped out the shitty aftermarket immobilizer and changed the water pump so it now starts and runs nicely.

I've sent the Mk5 Cortina there for more of the same.

I know that Capri quite well it lived in my lockup for a while. The original owner had it for years,  lived right next to the beach and kept it outside most of the time .   Glad to see it getting some proper attention.

More shite bought today!

The Corrado, Porsche and Bay window VW all came from the same place in Ryton, the Golf we had before, it went to Northern Ireland and the winner reached out a couple of days ago asking if I wanted to buy it when he saw another person in NI had won something knowing there would be a chance for me to take it on the return.

The Chevrolet Truck was used to drop off the Plymouth a month back and became available today so got that too.

They were all from Jarrod next door to Paul.

Another one getting ready to leave!

An old 2WD Hilux.

I should really keep this one as it's great for lugging motorbikes around with compared to the much higher 4WD Hilux I'm currently using. It's so much easier to load things in and out of but doesn't look as cool!
