that looks weird, watchadunwivit

RANGE ROVER CLASSIC 2 DOOR CHASSIS THAT HAS BEEN SHORTENED TO 88INCH.
IT HAD A LANDROVER REAR CROSSMEMBER FITTED AND THE ENGINE AND GEARBOX MOUNTS HAVE BEEN MOVED - THE ORIGINAL CHASSIS WAS IN VERY GOOD ORDER BEFORE THIS WAS DONE.

nah mate, think I'll pass

IT WOULD NOT BE TO MUCH WORK TO PUT 12INCHES BACK IN IT, A REAR CROSSMEMBER  AND SORT THE MOUNTS OUT SO YOU WOULD HAVE AN ORIGINAL RRC CHASSIS

mate just fucking scrap it

Restored back to traditional Romany gypsy colours

WTAF?  How can it be "restored back" to something it never was?

The dream:

The reality:

s-l1600.jpg

kit car base

Which fucking century do those dinglebrains think we live in?

There hasn't been a Herald based kit car in forty bloody years!

relisted as nobody clicked the button ? 5987 people saw the listing, 107 had it on their watch list.... so I've cut the price, and here we go again...
With a day to go,  1200 people seen it, 35+ watching...

I can break it for more than the buy now price... you know the quad lamp grille is a £200 panel. The front suspension fits Lotus Elan's, and a whole lot of other sports cars. The chassis+ reg doc is worth the grand alone for a kit car builder....

Just fucking scrap this pile of shit and don't ever vote, for God's sake!

^ Weigh or Neigh?

I fucking hate Heralds and their six cylinder bastard offspring anyway. I voted 'weigh'. It's absolute rubbish, and the seller a deluded fool.

I've clicked the button - the 'Add to Watch List' button :-)

I'm watching that too.

Just to see how agitated the seller gets when it fails to reach 'what it's worth'

I'm inclined to watch this.

it is tax exempt

Now that's at least one of my major concerns out of the way.

will need putting on a trailer or recovery truck on collection.

What exactly is there left to put onto a trailer or recovery truck?

It will simply rill through the gaps.

just how fucked does your e-type need to be that you consider it worthwhile to ship that pile of ferrous oxide over?

Just how fucked does your brain need to be that you consider it worthwhile to list that pile of shit on eBay?

BTW, seven and a half bags would net you a fully road legal & mint Spridget with 10 months MOT, not this bag of shit. They watch Weeewah Deewahs, or that slap headed money loving shorthouse, and think a pile of rust is worth thousands. Project Sprites like this go for around £1500-£2k tops

Posted

To get that even roadworthy would cost several grand of parts from the Spridget catalogue, for a car worth about £6500 when finished. What an epic cunt of a person that must be

That ain't no project, unless you live in Delusion.

I think I resemble that comment ;)
