The x1/9 shares it's boot/ engine cover levers with the countach, it's door handles with the stratos and it's rear lights with early esprits.

Nearly every component of Disco 3/4, including the engines, from Ford (with a bit of help from Pug on the V6 lump)

The Jag XF also has the Pug engine, did a cambelt on one the other day and it was strangely XUD like...

mk3 Cortina door handles are used a a few tvr's

ford ka uses 2.0/2.3 cortina wheel cyls.

 

mk4 zephyr/zodiac rear caliper seals are same as mk3 escort rear wheel cyl seals.

mk2 escort van rear quarter bumpers use mk1 esc front quarter bumpers.

MK4 Zephyr/Zodiac rear calipers same as Rover P6.

Rover P6 front calipers same as Jag E-type.

Rover P6 front vent window buttons same as Trummy Stag.

Rover P6 rear vent window levers same as Jag E-type.

Rover P6 V8 engine same as.............................................

That bloody ugly Metrocab that had mk2 Granada front grill/lights and mk3 Escort estate rear lights.

 

And the London Taxi FX4 that had Austin/Morris 1100 mk2 rear lights. Which looked good.

one tvr used Renault fuego rear lights turned upside down

 

mk3 Cortina gt/gxl headlights same as stag and triumph 2000

 

range roverclassic / disco 1 and 2 v8 engine mounts are same as any pinto powered Cortina

Apparently DBS' are regularly broken for the valuable OldSkoolFord lights,sometimes the geezers will sell the taillights to Rootes fanciers, before putting the Newport Pagnel shitters round the oval.

Didn't it use a LHD Austin 1800 steering rack but placed upside down?

DeLorean has everybody's parts.

 

S1 Disco had Maestro van rear lights. One old  land rover had Rolls Royce sides and blinkers.

Another P6 parts bin raid - Clutch Slave same as Mini (not Bini)

The Jensen Healey had loads of Vauxhall Viva in it.

 

Suspension, steering, brakes and rear axle from the HC Firenza, so same difference ;)  Some Chrysler UK parts-bin raiding happened too - Avenger door handles and (early on) Rapier gearbox. 

 

The car's Lotus 907 engine used a Vauxhall block.

The Leyland Royal Tiger Doyen apparantly uses Rolls Royce headlights, Noge Catalan bodied coaches use E46 headlights and the original shape Beulas Stergo uses Fiat Tipo tail lights.

Not quite as simple as that. Like Mercedes-Benz and Audi, Rolls-Royce opted for conventional springs as well, with the hydro just really providing self-levelling. I think JCB used similar technology on their fast JCB things.

Those lights have actually been used all over the place, they are made by Hella and have the part number of 4169. You can buy them in the US for less than $35.

And didn't RR buy the license to re-manufacture, so it's not the same parts. Am I right in this?

^Good idea!  Most parts from a Hindustan Ambassador will not fit a Fifties Morris Oxford, for example.  The ones that do rust even quicker than Fifties Morris Oxford originals.
