That's a handsome beast, shades of RR in the rear quarter. No quarterlights though, unusual for that period.

Great image from in the Plymouth area, derelict Dodge lorry with what might be its Perkins diesel engine laying alongside and a RHD 1950 Chevy in the background. Not sure about the location though, possibly Stoke/Millbridge..

That might be from the Arena " private life of the ford cortina" documentary, thought it was from "ullo John gotta new motar" but sure they used a 2000E in that.

Most of the entrants concentrated more on strengthening modification, type stuff than performance ones.

It's moving the "wrong" way down the opposite line under a wrong line order. There will be a pilot man in the cab controlling the movement.
