WHO WANTZ 2 LOSE THEYR LYSENSE- T5 FOR SALE

OK,

got an 850 T5 currently sitting in Blackpool for sale. 130k on clock, automatic, tyres aren't too bad (they eat yokos) We bit of frilly arch and leather inside could do with a clean/feed...tow bar works.

MOT up in March (I think) and needs taxed.

I will need to get some photos up - it has a V70 SE boot so is an OMG Q CAR ITS SO POWERFOOL THE BOYZ TINK ITS AN SE THEN BOYASHAKA ITZ EAT MA RUBBER LOZAHS SAY HELLOW TO MA T5 IN YER FAYCE

£300 it's yours.....

why is it being sold - well if I keep it I WILL lose my driving license - the following could happen if I'm not careful -  60 minutes A1 Edinburgh to Bamburgh (78 miles) at 5.30pm on a friday, by an unidentified male with spectacles. In May 2013 ta similar vehicle was seen on the same road allegedly tailgating a brand new A6 on a dual carriageway uphill whilst towing a caravan at speeds in excess of 80 mph...I might end up doing the same thing.

Some cars are fast and some cars are stupidly fast - stupidly fast cars are those that egg you on..the T5 is one of those...

hence the cheap price..

Go on - when else can you take the pants off a 525 with a car that costs 2 weeks payments on the same!

it's in Volver green, no faults and the wonderful OMG VOLVO SOUND BOX - I seem to recall DOOLITTLE being played rather loudly during a lovely evening drive in Berwickshire last summer.

Now come on Scootz, everyone here knows how weak-willed I am over automatic Volvos.  You swine! :-D   I haven't even got the excuse that it's the wrong end of the country.  Pleeeeeeeeeeeeeze don't* show me photos!

Saloon or estate, btw?

Estate naturally ...heh heh  you KNOW you want to - £300 - it's 3 tanks of diesel! for all that AWSUM POWAH

Colleague had an s40 t5 and it was fucking quick. Possibly the fastest I've ever been in a car. 11 miles of m40 taken very quickly sat at 155 on the limiter, was epic on back roads too.

It was a true sleeper as he never washed it. Binned it when it needed most of the suspension replacing.

Glws etc, I like my license too much!

Oh Cock. Trade for 406?

If thats the 406 you picked up last week I would hold onto it. Its sensible, affordable, well sorted, neat, tidy, reliable and has long t n t. The ovlov is mechanically good but is a daft car which drinks gas and washes it down withexpensive yokohamas...i realised this when giving it the beanz at 85mph I got...wheel spin ffs...wheel spin, on a dry day, with newish tyres at 85mph... fucking swedes, fucking loonies making this car, ive owned some very quick cars in my time but these things are brutally quick and will happily roger an impreza as impreza drivers discovered when one of these, unmarked came up behind them.

I heard last year that several police forces had dug their unmarked t5s out of mothball and were using them again...thats unfair..there you are driving along and suddenly you get tailgared by a couple of neds in a t5...only its a police one, apparantly one of them even has rusty wings!

I forgot to add, the previous owner spent heaps on the suspenshun and brakes to get it throygh the mot, since then ive done 1500 miles in it

I am in the process of finding a garage to rent so I can buy something EXACTLY like this. I need a turbocharged 5 cylinder Volvo in my life. Autobox a bonus.

I sold my SAAB 9-5 for the same reason. I was either going to kill myself or get banned- I just couldn't help myself! It was a decent car before I got it remapped for £70. I bet it was nowhere near as fast as a T5 either.

Off the top of my head I think it was about 250BHP........I'm such a wimp- but 130 is fast enough for anybody on an A road (allegedly)

These are unfinished business for me. Got hold of a 95 t5 estate auto in black a couple of years back. Looked the part but wasn't the best example and was down on power, sold befor we sorted it. Performance per £ Just about unbeatable for that money!

If you are Glaswegian, it means "begs to be stolen" My old Manual T5 was ex rozzer- Devon and Cornwall armed response no less, and stickers all over the engine bay said " Shell Test Engine" I bottled it at 160.....Fantabulous motors, but yes... too easy.

Blackpool... anything is possible.

It's only a T5 Volvo. Have some self-restraint, man.

My only experience with a T5 almost meant  a trip to the bottom of a loch. Fuck, they're slick.
