ALTOgether, a bargain.

It'll fit on the 406's roof rack won't it?

I thought when I first saw this in the ebay thread, that it has to be a handy little toy if it can be bought cheap enough.  It now appears you have fulfilled Part Two of that thought; Part One remains to be seen.  Good luck!

Does that really say £72??

Well played. That's nearly a pound a cc.

Does that really say £72??

Well played. That's nearly 10p a cc.

72 quid?   Great stuff.   There are millions of these in India, Marutis made under license.   Might be a long way to go but maybe you could corner the market by importing parts like Rimmer Bros with all those SD1 panels.

Condolences, still at £72 at least your not going to lose to much money on it when you scrap it, bloody things.

Well done, are you going to be doing a live ish updates on this one as well?

Hey! That looks great 'Monium sir. I notice its in the West Midlands so if you need a hand/jump start or whatever, by all means just let me know.

Bad experience?

Each to their own but mine wasn't an enjoyable experience, painfully slow on anything that isn't a busy town centre road, the feeling of vulnerability when you have anything bigger than a Mondeo beside you and interior trim that felt like it was going to break any second.

Also parts are a right bugger to find

Jesus, that rear window sticker is almost as wide as the car! GR8 SAYVE BTW. 2014 seems to be the year for chod-purchasing so far.

Absolutely brilliant!  What a fugging bargain!  If you're picking it up on Monday, you should be back in Essex in time for tea on Wednesday, providing you keep your foot down all the way.

We also need an update on the fastest shite thread when you wind this monster up to a road ripping 58 mph.

Whomever decided that at an 800cc car would work with a 2 speed auto was a genius psychopath of the first order.

What's the crack with the 2 speed 'box, is it a conventional automatic? Sounds GRIM anyway, nice purchase.

I expect the two speeds of that auto are Steady and Careful Now.
