So many expensive cars atm doesn't feel like you are getting a good bargain at all.

This is the thread for overpriced cars Alex hence why they are all expensive!

Not tempted then Trigger?

You could probably sell the number plate to someone with an OLD 964 P orsche with too much money

Bid on the yesterday

Where they reached £31odd. So they get relisted today and I ask why. 'Non paying bidder' is the claim so I mailed him, asked why he didn't send second chance offers out if he'd started them at twenty sheets with no reserve and the reply was 'after the non-paying situation I'm hoping they may fetch more'. I have told him the whole thing sounds very sus and I was interested but not any longer. He had relisted them at £20 no reserve again then changed it to a £40 start and £75 bin

Anyone starting to feel a tad sorry for him? It's like watching a team you don't really like getting beaten 8-0. At 4-0 it's hilarious, then you start to feel awkward, then embarrassed, then you start hoping they get a couple back just to restore a little bit of pride.

Still added to the watch list of course.

Oh oh, it's back

He's even copied and pasted his angry comments from last time.

For the first time, I have added it to the 'watch' list. I quite like the car - being the 'Style' spec with no electric extras to go wrong. 8)

If I was him constantly pissed off I would not bother with eBay and try Auto Trader instead...or the local classifieds. :?

If my numbers come up this weekend I'm going to buy the fucker off him.

Watched on my 3 accounts...

i have offered £201.00 to end sale

Tried that with £400 and a very reasonable message and got an OMG U R MENTAL reply - good luck! Remember to post your e-conversation :)

£400 is more than reasonable. Plus he's probably already spent that difference in listing fees.

sign0195.gifNo!

He's an ignorant fool with an overly developed sense of entitlement, utterly convinced of the righteousness of his demand to get back what he (say's he) paid for a car that's never going to sell on his terms! emot-jerkit.gif

If you do that I sincerely hope you relist it the following week, still without MoT and with yet another parking ding, for at least £600 in exactly the same shouty, desperate / ranty style as the current seller. You could even try to get e.g. the seat belt clasps to stop working by feeding Curly Wurlys into them, too.

I can't believe he's still going. He must owe ebay a fortune by now.

If I was him I'd offload it on my local 'ethnic' minicab firm, who'd swap the plates onto another 405 come MOT time... :P
