Sorry I know this is controversial but I have to list this again, it's even funnier this time.  Apparent HGF, not that that throws him.  Even more threats as well.  Really thought he might have scrapped the thing by now.

That Saab 99 from a page back is a joke - the rot by the rear wheel arch probably extends underneath - at least it did on mine, which didn't look as bad as that from outside. At least the seller is good enough to include the photo - but you think they'd bear it in mind when setting the price. Plus it's a four door auto - probably the least desirable configuration for these?

 

Have another - dented R18 for 4 grand on Gumtree.

So... since sellers can't leave negative feedback to buyers, are we going to bid this up? Don't forget you can also bid and completely legitimately retract bids up to 24 hours before the auction ends. I suggest we take it up to about £575 before all pulling out.

I get the impression that we're not the only forum who get the popcorn out every time this thing hits the bay. What we need is a Welsh member to go and view the car, give it a good going-over. With a hidden camera.

That will probably fetch 2k. I've been with a mate to buy worse and paid more (with less miles OBV) and with a cheap lick of paint and 3 weeks work turning it into a camper it'll bring a 3k profit.

Vague ebay related thingy. I was winning (so far) on an MGF with a knackered rad. The car was in Essex and had about 3 or 4 days left to run. I came home today and the bloody thing had disappeared. No ebay message, nothing. How can I find out what happened? I don't have the details but I'd have thought there would be a log somewhere. Am very puzzled.
