Lazy spotters thread

Another edition of the Grogee's local car show spots from this evening. I took my Puma and a forum nerd friend brought along his identical coloured one, but sadly we weren't co-ordinated enough to park next to each other.

Anyway I was pleased to see at least three cars I've previously owned - the Volvo is a cheat as mine was an S90 but basically the same.

I think these 90's Corrola wagons are a brilliant bit of design.

You get Bags for Life but if you own one of these I reckon you'd have a Car for Life too.

Someone at work has one of these. It must be the rarest of the bug eyed Corolla variants even though, as you say, they would have been the most practical. Even when they were new I don't remember seeing many around.

My gran owned one from new, eventually lumping it off in 2011 for a Fabia estate once it started needing constant work to keep on the road. I wish I knew the reg to see if it's still going!

My niece spotted this today in Dublin:

I have no idea what the story is with that tow bar!

There is a towing eye under there as can be seen on Fav.

The Felicia is identical but has a deeper bumper so it is normally covered with a removable insert. I guess it would be adequate for attaching a tow rope without all the hassle of fitting a proper tow bar but I've never seen anybody else do it.
