Couple more from my London cycle oddesy (or: an unfit man cycles about breathlessly taking pics) my enthusiasm dropped off very quickly when I realised I needed to survive 19miles of inner city urban scape in fading light.

There was too much to picture even when being selective, but I do regret missing a street parked flat tyres thema in Ealing 94L. I think bramz7 May have already spotted the lotus? Under a tarp in belgrAvia. The gold shad II was by portobello road as I was hit between the eyes by soo many determinedly cool people in such a small space. My eyes!

The van was taken near an underpass on the A40 flyover and the token bike pic was of my newly bought failed bike share which as it had solid tyres has given me a sore bum.

Bike vendor insisted on meeting at an underground station in Clapham. Whilst I was waiting I was asked for money (when I gave some the lady scowled at it and then threw it away(!)) and a 1950s Bristol drophead went by. Such extremes in one City!

People say  it’s so anti car (London) but I really like to see interesting stuff, not pristine, street parked and clearly used. The opposite of your highly polished specimens taken out and exhibited in under cover car shows by people who perhaps care a little bit too much about the cosmetics. These were very much modes of transport and were clearly used as such.

I wish I’d had a lot more time to take in the surroundings (not so much monuments but stuff in and on streets!)

Walking back the long way from my mums to walk off some of the excellent Christmas Dinner.

It's no SM admittedly but I still very much would.

About half a mile away there's a house with a Daf 33 and a Fiat 900 camper parked outside. Went past yesterday and these two were parked in the drives of the next two houses along - not sure if they're stealing the neighbours drives or the virus is spreading...

I've realized today that my hometown is still full of shite. I've seen 2! Lancia Lybras, 3 Corsa As and several late 80s/early 90s Audi's within minutes. Plus these two E34s, B3 Passat, Toyota Starlet...

Good god I thought @mat_the_cat had done a tidier job on those repairs, and had better taste in wheel trims.

Apologies to anyone who may have seen this on Twitter last week, but this rather battered Mk3 Astra 1.7 Diesel is worthy of a share.

Local shite in amongst the SUVs and people carriers that otherwise monopolise this area:

Very lazy. My parents enjoy watching live webcams, for reasons I'm not sure about. They have done a spot, did a screen grab, and shared it with me....

The XJ40 spotted this afternoon was delightfully shonky, driven by a lad maybe mid 20's.

The Corvette and Aston where  parked more or lessopposite each other in Newcastle and were getting around the same amount of attention.

The forecourt was in Castle Douglas.

The Nash  Neapolitan was in Tynemouth.

Got in the van after going in the post office when this pulled up alongside me, I assume it's a 3.0 because it sounded meaty

Just checked it's a 2.0
