About three hours later than planned am loaded and a smoke away from ready to roll.
Out of practice having been about 5 months since last jaunt. This shows in the amount of tat strapped to the moto.
First leg to the Cotswolds for tea. Via Screwfix for for timberlocs. More about these later.

Wanted something reliable, comfortable,cheap so just bought this. Boring as fuck. It might grow on me but somehow doubt it. Think it might need new spark plugs.

Best add some oil, a litre or so seems to have escaped.
Excellent, with that done I’m going to call it ready to go…. It’s only a few thousand miles. Next stop Bay of Biscay 🤢 the kids are taking bets on the first to vomit.

Eight years ago today this turd landed at mine. Tomorrow I will apply for historic tax and, judging by the complete lack of progress on the Mini, proceed to use it over the next few months.
Both the other cars in this photo since sold and scrapped, the house SSTC and and my lovely friend Emma has moved onto a better place. Then again she lived in Hemel, so a move to Strangeways would have been a positive move.

Fleshing this out a bit more - pics from Mrs Marina Door Handles phone from the first collection...
Black shadow before we had a massive fight to get it off the bike lift/ramp thing (which was jammed in position 3 foot off the ground!).
Oh and that engine in is/was his spare Honda Goldwing flat four... Which was another slight issue in that he had spares for bikes he no longer or had never owned making things a tad confusing.... What does this go with? Who knows!
The Elsinore... Sweet little bike American import rather rare over here.

The Honda is back! They fitted new chain & sprockets, re-fitted the shocks but most importantly put the Vespa screen which will hopefully keep some of the rain at bay, as well as add another 30mph due to the aerodynamics

Anything with two wheels is fun though hey. My mate loved his naked version. They're pretty bombproof too.
Plug looks a good shout though it may be just fine just the drain holes blocked rusting the top.
