Right, thought it was about time I made some sort of effort to throw up what I've spotted over the last year or so.

Theres plenty of chod around here, but I also need to be careful taking photos. Using my retarded 'stealth' mode (pointing phone camera at cars general direction whilst making it look like I'm checking a text message or something) hasn't always worked, so some/most of my pics are a little on the shite side.

I've put them into order by car make/country of origin as its easier like that, thats how they are filed on my computer and how they are uploaded to photobucket. I'll start by what I upload and go on through the makes.

NOTE - If the photos look they are cut-off from the right-hand side, you can either use the 'view image' option on Firefox or use CTRL + +/- to make the screen bigger or smaller on IE.

Anyway, enough rambling on from me, lets start with some British chod:

Jaguar Sovereign, untaxed since around 2003.



Austin Ambassador A-reg, A-reg, ey Reg? etc... This had been here for ages, however it seems to have disappeared a few months ago, its still taxed though.



I HAZ CRABZ etc.. When I took a pic of this, some other bloke had the same idea and took a pic too, anyone we know?




Saw this the other day being driven by a pretty large bloke, he didnt look too comfortable


Absolute poverty-spec Metro (I think) not seen these on steelies unless they had wheel trims covering them.


Truck shite, ERF 180 in Digbeth, had to slide my hand through the bars to get this.


Mini something or other outside some big posh house. Had to zoom in for pic, hence (non) quality.


Maestro, been here for some time. Owner seems to have shite laying about, including some huge Vauxhall truck in his rather small front garden. He also has a Mini van, took a pic but cant find it.















This house has always rotting chod laying around festering.






This was owned by a mate of mine at one point, he got it to this condition. I last saw it being driven by some young suited-up 20-something lad. I waved at him whilst I was waiting at some lights in the Sterling but he looked at me bewildered.

Quality spots there, love the Ambassador and the 213. The Metro is a 1.1C, which is absolute rock bottom in spec terms, although it was preceded by the Quest model, which was deleted because it was -less specced-.

Ford Taurus, never seems to move.

 

Fiesta 1.8D Van near Worcester. This van has been here for a very long time. It had once been put up for sale a few years ago but has sat there ever since, the 'For Sale' sign has faded. I'm surprised it hasnt been lifted yet!

 

 

Got talking to the bloke who owns this, he uses it as his daily and has never seen the point of buying a new car.

 

This Cortina hasnt moved in a while, parked outside a bungalow I suspect its elderly owned. I wonder if it not moved due to bereavement? It was very clean at one point.

 

 

 

This Cortina never seems to be off this drive, though it is moved and often jacked up, so definiately has some sort of attention.

 

I like Fiestas like this, clean-cut, low-spec and simple, no frilly bits.

The owner of this had a couple of Datsun 280zs festering on his drive along with the Gold Jaguar XJS seen in my first post back when he had a garden. Since then he has tarmaced over everything resembling garded and has some shite dotted about, including in what used to be a back garden I couldnt get any good shots of those though.

 

 

 

This Bluebird belongs to a mate of mine.

 

 

This Datsun was a bit of sight, very rarely seen though.

 

 

This Prelude looked as if it had been parked for a long time, had flat tyres and bashed panels all over the shop, its since disappeared.

 

 

 

 

 

This was a bit of spot, I used to see loads of these in Kuwait, this particular car has a pair of Aussie plates on it, I wondered why it was here festering on a driveway in Birmingham.

I'm gobsmacked that '72 Land Rover has a liability date of 1992, and the details aren't duplicated onto a Range Rover Sport or something equally unbelievable.

Moving onto some Deutsche autos, nothing particularly fantastic here, I've a load of E34 5-series and Merc 190 pics, but they dont seem 'shitey' enough to include here, therefore I've only uploaded some highlights.

Sainsbury's Bearwood?; that is a choice part of the world for shite-spotting as you no doubt know.

Some epic spotting there, you have certainly seen a lot of shite. Same area or all over? The MKI Sierras appeal greatly, good to see one is still in use though, I know of one laid up near me but it is impossible to get a photo of, it's a good few metres up an awkward driveway.

That G reg Ballade is really weird, second time I have seen photos of one which has a plate on it newer than the date they were apparently replaced, confusing...

As nice as this looks, it is unfortunately in a scrappy up for bits. I was talking to Watanabe about this car the other day, seems a shame to end up there.

 

 

Now, this Porsche had been sitting here for a while. I checked the plate on RAC it strangely came back to a 1985 Vauxhall Senator that hadnt been taxed since around the late 90s. I checked it again recently and now comes back to a 1982 'Volvo' DVLA says there is no detail are found. The Porsche disappeared from here a few months ago

 

Anyway, thats my contribution for now. I have more rubbish lurking on other discs/phones and so on, I will put them up once I get them together and filed away. Thanks for looking.
