It's either a collection or you are meeting Michael Portillo to make a documentary. If you are wearing pink trousers then it'll be the latter?

Jeans? Oh OK. Laguna badermatic from the cancelled roffle thread  then?

Why's this in the for sale section then?

Are you selling it on the way home?

Thought it was going to be a big wafty shuntomatic piece of french oil burning loveliness but it looks like a drifty jap instead.

Chodspeed but with jap stuff it will probably be uneventful yet exciting 😀😀

I did, I had Tickmans  old one.  I'd always liked them. I set myself the target of getting 100mpg on a 200 mile run into work.  I'd achieved that with couple of minor tweaks and changing driving style within a couple of months.

For some reason once I'd achieved something that was supposedly difficult,  the thrill was gone, I'd asked Tickman if he fancied it back as I know he liked it, but it wasn't the right time.

This one came up, and I realised how much I'd actually liked the first one, so impulse purchase achieved.

Seems fine on the 120 mile drive home, couple of foibles.

I'm convinced the steering column either adjusted or was in a slightly different position in the first one, seems really low in this one.

The instrument cluster is in metric, and it appears you can't just change to imperial units but apart from that happy

Does it not have the mph / kmh button on the right of the clocks/display?

It doesn't. I believe its a cluster change.....or improve mental arithmetic
