That looks ace, 603 with 5.9 litre small block Chevy?

It'll be Chrysler, I should think

Thanks guys, it’s not perfect, paint has micro blisters, but it’s solid, and mechanically top notch.

If I were to come into money tomorrow, the 603 line of Bristols would be the first thing I bought. No question. I've coveted them since being a school boy.

The closest I got was Setight's book.

The dashboard is a masterpiece.

10 MPG around town?

1 mpg would be fine...

Yes,what a lovely thing.Just love the thought of something made in tiny numbers by old blokes in an industrial unit.Saw once on some motorway services, what must have been the last ever Blenheim.Blue with cream leather and Audi rear lights instead of the Senator ones.Looked so much better in the flesh than in the photos.

These things a big - not readily appreciated in photos - kinda 1.5 times the size you expect.*

* some kind of double- entendre in there.

Yet Tony Crook used the narrowness of them as a selling point.Saying they could slip easily through gaps in city traffic.Being essentially a constantly updated, very old design.

That is absolutely superb. A proper Gentleman's Carriage.

That’s superb, a gentleman’s conveyance of the highest order.

So hang on, have you bought a DS and a Bristol in the space of 10 days? Because if you have, that's pretty fucking heroic.

Holy crap!

That is proper luxury shite right there, I look forward to following this one!

Also, from those pics I've noticed - is it just me or does this thing look like a bigger version of a late Allegro?

I say! Makes me come over all Terry Thomas.

That's amazing, always loved these things. Does it have the spare wheel mounted in the front wing?

Did Ogle have anything to do with the styling of these cars. Front end is a dead ringer for an Ogle mini.

I love the attendance to detail on the switch gear, beautiful engraved text.    Also when i had mine when i opened the drivers door, there was a clicking noise from under the drivers seat occasionally,  turned out it was for a solenoid which was to allow you to tilt the seat forward without having to bend down like a commoner to move a tilt lever

What are the rear lights off?  They look like (from memory) either an Ital or a Sherpa.

Hillman Hunter on these I believe, as also used by Aston Martin in the same period.
