Yup - back in October, when it got to £1320 reserve not met on eBay. Since it's now stickered up at £1200, I guess there's a lesson about greed right there...

 

Edited to add: Actually that sounds a bit harsh - it does look nice, rare as you like, has plenty of ticket left and I dare say he spent a bit on it.

For a 950 quid you could have a week in Tenzarote or a lifetime of holiday to the UK's glamour capitals such as Rhyl, Largs, Blackpool and Southend.

Yeah I agree, that's bloody nice. With that mileage it's got years of life left in it. I'll be interested to see what it makes. In some respects it's a shame it's an auto but I'd happily roll in it, probably very relaxing if a tad thirsty.

 

Space, money, time, it's in Edinburgh, no Y in the month etc etc

I wouldn't have posted one word about it if it wasn't an auto! :D My mate Dave would collect and store it for me, we've already talked about such things. 6 months before I need it though... Oh dear, what to do? Or perhaps the correct question is, where the hell am I going to get the kind of money this will undoubtedly fetch?
