That V8 cortina was in my spotted thread a few weeks back! Its been sprayed black recently then. It sounds fantastic.

Yes it does,& now it's matt black,it's almost perfect(for me).All it needs is the tiger skin seat covers I've still got from the last one I had

Feeling the lurrrve for the Lincoln...

When I become unbelievably rich, I'll get one of those Lincoln Continental Mark Vs and cruise around in it all day feeling like a winner. They're great!

I reckon it's those trims, they always do it for me.

I love those old (mk2 ?) carltons. I reckon a 1.8 would be aweshume and worth a chunk to the guiness brigade, and their Chevette-bound XEs, when it eventually rusts away.

A blue one, which was absolutly perfect, was for sale on one of the Vauxhall clubs for like 800 quid or so and was listed for almost a year before it went.

Holy hell that ratty Sierra is really something, base model 3dr with dangly mirrors..... truly a thing of beauty.

I have a feeling that shape Carlton is actually known as a MK1 facelift, but I might be wrong (it does happen sometimes) I also love them.

Every time I see an early Sierra I have to think of this:

Is it me or does that Hyundai look like an Audi of the same era?

The Stellar did not have such a horrible torque-steer-FWD-layout like early Audis before the quattro-era, so it only may look like one.

The Stellar looks like a Biturbo......

That Samba has been for sale for a while now, doesnt even seem that expensive considering what the others have been selling for.

I found my 5-cylinder B2 Coupe completely stable and very 'modern' to drive, boringly so.

I don't think an early bitsa Korean car could compete.
