I agree, though I actually want another P6 like a hole in the head. In fact, I feel a lot better about the Maverick when I recall how much money I sank into my pair of P6s. I'd never go near another four-pot P6, but I have a nasty feeling that another V8 may win my heart one day.

The head was skimmed, pressure tested and vacuum tested and the camshafts re-installed with new oil seals.
