I bought it for less than that but you didn't have to stand too close to start spotting the blemishes, especially before I had the bonnet repaired. It was a long way short of being a top car, and I knew I couldn't afford to take it to that point, so I just enjoyed it as-was. Top examples can sell for the thick end of 20 grand. What can you buy for that money? To me, no contest, I'll take the Cadillac!
